Jeffrey B. Wall is the Co-Head of the Sullivan & Cromwell's Appellate Litigation Practice. He has argued 11 cases before the Supreme Court and filed more than 175 merits or certiorari-stage briefs in that Court. He also has briefed and argued numerous cases before federal and state courts of appeals and administrative agencies. In addition to his appellate experience, Mr. Wall has represented clients in a range of complex civil and criminal matters at the trial level, including as lead counsel in a successful federal criminal trial. Prior to joining the Firm in 2013, Mr. Wall served as an Assistant to the Solicitor General in the U.S. Department of Justice for five years.
