Roger McNamee's career as technology investor began in 1982 at T. Rowe Price Associates, where he managed the top performing Science & Technology Fund. Beginning in 1991, he co-founded three firms -- Integral Capital Partners, Silver Lake Partners, and Elevation Partners – all of which successfully pioneered new approaches to investing in tech.

Roger is also a professional musician, performing 50 to 125 concerts a year in Moonalice and the Doobie Decibel System.

Roger is the author of one book (The New Normal), and editor of eight others. He has served as a technical advisor for seasons two, three, four and five of HBO's "Silicon Valley" series. He serves on the boards of the Haight Street Art Center, the Center for Counterculture Studies, and the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame.
