Wrongful Convictions in the Post-DNA Era
Today we continue our social issues segment with our panel, Wrongful Convictions in the Post-DNA Era.
The Innocence Project's mission is to free the staggering number of innocent people who remain incarcerated, and to bring reform to the system responsible for their unjust imprisonment. The Project mainly exonerates the wrongly convicted through DNA testing. Over the last 25 years, The Innocence Project's team worked tirelessly nationwide to reform our legal system.
This panel features Nina Morrison, Senior Staff Attorney, Innocence Project, Ekow Yankah, Professor of Law, Cardozo School of Law, and Robert Jones Exoneree through the Innocence Project.
